A small fortune, they are welded in place.The panels themselves are expensive, and the labor to replace them is expensive. Then you have to paint them. It will cost $1500 or so.I did body and paint for a living.

to get it done correctly and have them painted to match and look like factory, about $3,500+ The fenders are in the $250 each range then there are the old ones to be cut out, the bracing and re-welding, filling in all the seams, and basically repainting and color matching the rear of the car.
