I have a 1991 honda civic lx and I have replaced the starter, ecu, distributor, wires and spark pulgs. I can get the car to turn over but will not start. I am not getting any spark at all but I have power to the distributor. I have checked for voltage and I am getting it and the distributer will turn. I am so lost can anyone please help me?

Try putting in the old ECU and see ...... Why was that changed? I'm just giving some ideas.

I have changed it back! I tried that to see that if the ECU was telling it wrong information. I was more so checking if it was the ECU went bad. I am so lost I have tried everything I can think of.
