i am wanting to buy a 97 prelude that has 150,000 miles on the engine. is this a lot of miles for a prelude, i know hondas last a long time, but how long is the norm?thanks!

thats actually just normal....people usually put about 10-15,000 miles per year on the car....that one only has about 12,500 so its pretty normal....now all you got to do it check it out and test drive it...

That's not really a lot. I bought my first honda for $1200 and it had 250,000 miles on it. I drove it for four years and when I finally killed it (I was a teen girl with a lot more to think about then something so boring as oil changes) it had nearly 400,000 miles on it. All in all it was a great deal. Cute car that really only cost me an average of $25 a month if you average out the amount of months a drove it compared to the price. If it's a good deal go for it.

Dude, that's nothing for a Honda, just have it serviced first and it should check out just fine, lol.
