My friend drove it the other day and said that it feels slow. Is it suppose to be a slow car? its automatic so i think thats why. i dont think theres anything mechanically wrong with it. but even with vtec its slow. is the manual version of this same car a lot faster or not really?

Stock Civic's arent known to be quick however if you think that its a lot slower than it should be then it could be that there is a fault somewhere in the engine. It could be the ignition timing, bad spark plugs, etc. Use this troubleshooting guide for guidance:http://www.garage411.com/Driveability
