I have a 1993 Honda Accord EX. After reaching normal operating temp (about 10 -15 miles), the check engine light comes on, the car looses power and starts hesitating. It also failed emissions with a CO of 9.06 then 10.09 after having the cat converter changed.
The car has had a full tune up (including an O2 sensor), valve cover gasket changed, fuel filter changed, IACV cleaned. I don't know what else to do. I took it to Midas, they told me it was the cat converter or the valve cover gasket as there was oil on the plugs. Midas changed the cat and I did the valve cover gasket, new plugs, wires, cap and rotor...again. Despite all my efforts, the issue persists. Please help!

Do you have the NOx reading?

The car "fast failed" emissions. What I have is as follows: At cruise: HC 243, CO% 10.09 CO+CO2% 19.09, O2% 0, RPM 1830
