Hey all,
I'm about to purchase a honda civic 06' and i'm considering the LX model but i am confused about something on the wheels. On the LX and lower trims, there is a black plate type cover with holes behind the external wheel cover. However on the EX models you only see the external wheel cover and then the disc brakes. What is the black cover and what is its purpose? Can it be swapped out for the EX type wheels? |
