17 or 16. not to much. subtlety is key. look at a z06 or zr1 corvette. the z06 has 19 in the rear 18 up front and the zr1 has 20 in the rear and 19 up front. its a small difference but its noticable and sexy.

16" - 17" I would go for and if you had the option a staggered fitment would look even nicer, wide on the back and slimmer up front, although the prelude does have a wide back side anyway. But yeah I wouldn't go to small like 15" unless you want your car to look like a drag racer.

16-17. Don't go too much far with the rim size. If you really want something that's 15''-16'', the rear rim should be indented. It looks more appealing and more countoured. If you've noticed, the rear rim of a Lamborghini Murcielago is indented, therefore, making the front rim smaller, and suspectible. But if you're going with just the normal kind of rims, then go for something that's 16''-17''.

OH MY GOSH WHY DUDE??? This must be your first Honda. Wheel size doesn't change on Hondas dude, unless your a dragger. But even if your a dragger, bigger would go on the front dude, holy crap. lol
