'99 Honda Accord LE A/C Problem
I have a 1999 Honda Accord LE with 189,000 miles on it. Over the winter it got to where everytime I turned on the heat I would hear a hissing sound. The heat continued to work fine but now that it's time to use my A/C it doesn't put out anything colder than lukewarm air even at its highest setting. What could be the problem and is it something I can fix myself. If I can fix it what would it cost.
