i changed the head on my car but one of the valves weren't working on the 1.5 head but i had a spare 1.6 head that fit perfectly but my timing belt is lose now i dont know what i need to do?!?!?!?the cam is the same size but and everything is about identical but when i went to see the timing belt the 1.6 is longer WHAT DO I NEED TO DO..... and if its to change the timing belt what size do i need

Im not 100% sure on this but i think you have to use the 1.5 cam gear and timing belt. Or just 1 of the two parts so it fits snug.Edit: Test fit your d15 timing belt, if it fits snug buy a new D15 belt.

Had the same problem when i did the mini me swap, you need to get a d16z6 timing belt
