I know i would have to upgrade the ecu for the vtec but i just need to know which heads would work. and how much they may cost

Seriously don't bother swapping the head. Just get the JDM H22A engine and transmission. It was in the Accord SiR versions so it would be a direct fit besides some new motor mounts.

I know the early 90-93 F22 can have an H22 vtec head place on it. Cb7tuner.com

Both of the other answers are right but why not just do a F22B swap from the 1994-1997 Honda Accord EX if that's all you want? Those models came with VTEC. I can't give you a quote on a VTEC head swap because the head is more involved than just swapping the head.
