I have a 2003 Honda Accord DX that came with the factory single disc cd player, but i would like to upgrade to a factory navigation system. Is there any years that will fit my car? Also, is this even possible?

Yes there is factory navi for the 2003 Accord. If you were to buy all the parts it will run into the thousands of dollars and hours of labor. It just isn't feasible. Your best option is to get yourself an aftermarket unit.Good Luckwww.hondatechonline.com

I would go with an aftermarket unit. Portable like a Garmin or Magellan would be good.
