Default 97 Accord timing adjustment

i just did the timing belt job on my 97 accord i did the timing belt the tensioner balance belt and tensioner water pump new seals and everything now the car runs good but it feels a little off the valves tick now and idk what to do really dont feel like ripping it all apart i thought if i was off a tooth then it would be a lot worse any way to fix this or adjust it or anyone know what else could be wrong all replys appreciated
