Question Squeek from Accord 2000 Rear

App. 126,000 miles. Always get appropriate servicing on time.

Just started making a squeeking noise, sounding like coming from right read, driver's side. Doesn't seem to occur if I push down on the rear deck or on stopping or going over bumps. Almost seems like it could be from springs? Hard to pin down any consistency of when it occurs. Do hear it somewhat regularly if backing up.

Any ideas appreciated! Thanks
