You need more detail. wing mirror? Do you mean your door mirror? Is it the inside panel your trying to get off? If it is you should not need to unscrew anything from your mirror and what year civic do you have?

You need to remove it from the door first.On the inside of the door use a large flat head screw driver to gently pry the triangular trim piece off the door. Behind it you'll find 3 phillips head fasteners you need to loosen to allow the door mirror to come free of the door frame.Once this is done the mirror will be in your hands for further inspection.
