my 2005 2.4l honda accord coupe shows OIL LIFE 15% on the dash?what am i supposed to do? also a spanner has appeared.please help. i don't have a manual?

It means the oil should be changed and the light reset, get a manual to so you can refer to it when you have questions.

if you dont know what that means shouldnt be driving a car my little cusin know when the oil needs to be changed

On the dash, do you have a speedometer button? Normally the same one that switches from trip to your actual miles. Push and hold for a few seconds. A menu should appear and you should be able to reset your oil life.

Are you sure you don't have an 06 model year. The "Maintenance Minder" wasn't available till 2006 and that is what you are referring to with the SPANNER & 15%. Before 2006 you would have had just a "MAINTENANCE REQUIRED" light come on.When your oil life reaches 15% it means it is time to schedule a service visit. The spanner comes on when it goes to 15%. There should also be a number also and maybe a letter. The dealer will know what the code is when you call.
