It is your radio code, it is a anti theft device. If you still have your service books, there is a chance it should be in there. If not you will have to go to the dealer which is was purchased. If you hold presets 1 and 6 at the same time, you will get a 8 digit code ,you could call the dealership with your 8 digit number and they could look it up and give you the code.If not you would have to take in it where you purchased it.

1. Look in or on the side of glove box for small sticker with numbers, should be 5 digits with numbers no greater then 6.2. Pull out the ashtray and see if the sticker is on the back of there.(older models that have them)3. Pull radio from dash and write down radio serial number and call local dealer with that number and they will be able to get the code for you. If you turn off radio and hold the 1 and 6 preset buttons then turn radio on it will give you the serial number. They will ask verifying questions.4. If you happen to have all the books from the dealer look in the 'HONDA SERVICE HISTORY' book, NOT the owners manual. It should be on the first page in the AUDIO CODE box.You can go to this site https://radio-navicode.honda.com/ but you will have to prove you own the car. Honda knows if the dealer that you bought it from reported it to them.

If your vehicle’s battery is disconnected or goes dead, or the radio fuse is removed, the audio system will disable itself. Use the preset buttons to enter the five-digit code (except for U.S. EX model with navigation system)/four-digit code (U.S. EX model with navigation system). The code is on the radio code card included in your owner’s manual kit. When it is entered correctly, the radio will start playing. If you make a mistake entering the code, do not start over; complete the five-digit (except for U.S. EX model with navigation system)/four-digit (U.S. EX model with navigationsystem) sequence, then enter the correct code. You have 10 tries to enter the correct code. If you are unsuccessful in 10 attempts, you must then leave the system on for 1 hour before trying again.......................Getting Honda Radio codeInstructions from Honda:https://radio-navicode.honda.com/Call Honda USA at 1-800-999-1009 and give them your VIN and serial number for the radio and your registration &/or title (may need to fax it) and they will give you the radio code for free.Check for a sticker stuck to your glove box either inside or outside which may have the radio serial number on it. Also check under the ash tray and under the fuse box. Look in your owner's manual kit for the actual code card. Or call the dealer where you bought the car. They may have the serial number or code on file.Try this site: http://www.crvownersclub.com/forums/...t=1220Removing the radio:http://www.installdr.com/InstallDocs...PDF/466009.pdf
