Cool Problem with windshield fluid!?!!! CIVIC 07

Hi, i have another problem, actually 2 problems with my 07 CIVIC EX

1. when my car is on PARKING, vibrates around the Console?
2. my windshield washer fluid, sometimes comes out when i do so, most of the times won't squirt!

Since the car is still under warranty, i took it to the Mall where i bought it, and the mechanic who looked at it, said that: The vibration is normal on the new cars, because they run on RICH MODE when they cold!!!!!!!!?
and the fluid he said it was working for 15 mins. and in front of him just died wont squirt again. So he said, take a thin pin, and try to open up those things that they squirt the windows.
Any sugestion?
Any idea?

for the windshield fluid, is it the PUMP, that is dying?
and for the vibration? What do you guys think, please i got 15 more days on the warranty, and then it's going to cost me $100 deductible! :S
