honda accord transmission problem. need help.
i have a 95 honda accord ex automatic. with about 140000 miles on it. when i put it in drive and reverse, it will rev up really high and itll barely move. i changed the fluids in it and it didnt solve the problem. there is a whirring noise coming from the transmission. is it the transmission that is bad or the torque converter or both?

sounds like a transmission issue to me. Does this happen only on cold starts? or in the middle of driving?

it started on cold start but it got worse to where it wont move at all now. i just didnt want to buy another transmission if it is the torque converter that is bad or if i need to get both. thanks
|
