Anyone one have any advise on this?I've been told one of these engines were better if you were planning for other mods...that true?

Easily the B16A. The B16A is the engine that came stock on the SiR (race versions) of that generation of Civic. It is a easy engine to upgrade as well in my opinion & experience.A D15B comes with about 103 HP whereas a B16A comes with 160 HP
