Default brake lights on 94 Accord

Hello everyone. The "brake lamp" indicator light comes on and stays on the first time I push my brake pedal after starting the car. The brakes work fine, and the 3rd brake light works fine. However, the two main brake lights don't work. I think the bulbs look good. I've also noticed a certain click-like noise coming from somewhere under the center console whenever I push the brake pedal. Additionally - if it matters - I just got the car back after being repaired from being rear ended.
