1995 Honda Accord LXI manual 5spd-timing chain or belt?
I am looking to buy a used 1995 Honda Accord LXI 4dr. 5spd manual transmission sedan. It has 120,000 miles on it. Does this car have a timing belt or timing chain??
I just had a 2000 Dodge (never get Dodge, they suck) Intrepid die on me. The timing BELT broke at 87,000 miles and the Engine Seized up. The car is junk now. Needs a new engine so I donated it to Kars for Kids. I am just so scared this may happen to me again. This is why I am looking to buy honda because I heard they last a long time. I am also looking at a 2004 Olds Alero with 79K on it. Which is better, the Honda with 120K or the Olds alero with 79K on it? James
