I want to find a stereo system that is compatible with the car. I want one with a screen that can control my IPOD. I just don't know where to look. My Price Limit is about $200, preferably less. Here's a link to the photos of the standard stereo system that comes in the car.http://usnews.rankingsandreviews.com...ereo-controls/

go to www.crutchfield.com, but honestly i don;t know if they will make one because that stereo system looks pretty integrated with the dash, but who knows. Worst comes to worst you can change all the speakers out and all and run an external unit from the original head unit that can give you an aftermarket sound with the stock head unit. All of that is on that website.

its a very difficult stereo to go aftermarket with it being a whole integrated unit. There are install kits available. That alone is $60-$70, and without a compatible stereo you will lose any steering wheel audio controls. Search ebay, or yahoo for these dash install kits and select whatever head-unit you like from an array of retailers... Alpine makes a quality unit and most come with ipod controls, and also are compatible with steering wheel controls. crutchfield.com is your best bet for good service and product. Also newegg.com sells car stereos and have excellent customer service

can't do it yet kid, they haven't formed the adaptor plate for the dash yet. in this car, the entire dashboard with the climate controls and stereo is one solid piece. you can go ahead an buy the head unit to control the ipod but you can't install it just yet. unless you want it under the dash, which i think is tacky.

if you want to change the radio and still have everything look factory go to honda and get the center panel assembly from a civic with navigation of the same year. that will then allow u to get a double din radio which will be more expensive than 200 or u can get a single din. if you check out the website below the panel you need is #12. and its only about $25. i know it will fit because i work at a honda dealer and see people do it all the time on that year civic from 2006 and up.http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...DRIVER+SIDE%29
