replace with coolant? Also, how complex is this to do? Is it just draining and then refilling? I know there is also a part in there for releasing the air.

Not sure about Honda's specifically. But every car I've had in my 25 years of car ownership, there usually on the driver side at the very bottom of the radiator. It looks like wing nut in a way. You just turn it counter clockwise ( I believe) but I seem to recall one of my cars being opposite (Clockwise to loosen). So be careful not to force it in the wrong direction or it will strip pretty easy. You should be able to turn it with your fingers, but might possible need a tool like some pliers to get it going.

On my daughters 94 accord the drain is on the bottom of the radiator on the passenger side it is a white or light yellow plastic wing nut looking plug that screws into the bottom of the radiator, turn it counter clockwise to remove.

I do not know about that car in particular. In mine there is no drain plug. The proper way to drain the system is to remove the bottom rad hose, and then remove the thermostat housing (as there is coolant in the block behind the closed thermostat). That gets it all out. Besides that, you get to inspect the thermostat condition, and also the condition of the rad hose on the inside(and see if it is rotted out - needs replacing) before you re-hook all the stuff back together. I have a VW. They are thorough that way. At least you know that stuff won't fail.
