what type of fluid use in 94 honda civic 5 speed manual transexle?

its called gear oil which you can get any parts store and they will know but most any will work

If your talking about the transmission its the same oil you use in the motor

10w30 motor oil is fine ... or go to the dealer and ask for manual trans fluid (more expensive)

It is rated for the same spec. as engine oil.Use synthetic oil.You can see the drain and the filler on the left side once you get under the car. I believe the drain is 3/8 square that you use a ratchet drive on if a remember correctly and refill until it flows our from the upper hole or remove your speedo drive and refill from there.

10w-30 motor oil is what it states in the owners manual, only about 2 quarts with a drain and fill.
