Im having a problem that has become annoying and fustratiing. I have an 07 accord, which i purchased brand new. I had taking it to get the windows tinted( panels were not removed for this). Ok so far so good..like about 5 months after, i began to hear like a soft grinding sound coming from the windows everytime i drove thru the slightest bumps(no pot holes)..bcus it was winter and very cold, i said to myself maybe theres some freezing parts...but no, as the warm weather approached the sounds continued but now its louder. So i took the car to the dealer, the guys says to me that the tints are causing the sounds.??? ok so here I am saying what?? how is that? He says well the tints made the window thincker and so its rubbing against the weather strips causing the sound.

Alright, so Ive called few places where they do tints, and everyone one of them said they have not heard such thing.

Anyone having familiar problems with their windows on an 07 accord? or know what the issue is. Is it really the tints???

Please advise...I dont have much patience left with these so called mechanics, i feel its all a story just to take the easy way out...but again MAYBE im wrong??
