Default Problem with Honda Civic?

I had some car trouble this afternoon. I left my apartment drove to the local store, and I had no trouble before hand, but when I got in my car to drive home my car wouldnt start. I thought it was the battery at first, but when I had a friend try to jump me the car didnt start. There was no slow start up sound from the car after charging it by another car. I called AAA and they sent a wrecker out, and he tried using a booster battery, and i tried to turnover the same as with another car and still had no luck. He towed the car back and said he doesn't think it is the battery or the battery is entirely dead and can't hold any charge. Does any have any ideas for a 95 Civic. Thanks

I'd either try another battery in it or try disconnecting your battery and connecting booster cables to the battery post wire connectors then try attaching the jumpers to another cars battery and starting it , if it starts then you know your old battery is toast. Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way if you end up looking for a new battery I recommend a Interstate battery with a 850 cold cranking amp rating.

Replace your battery and battery cables. This should help. If not, have your alternator checked at your local auto store.
