Sure you could.If you kept your turbo to around 3-5 psi. And NEVER went above that.Which would give you a gain, of practically nothing.

yes you could, but you shouldnt. your car will last like 50,000 miles max with like 8psi then a piston will either melt or if high enough psi then piston will shoot out and its possible to fly and hit you in the nuts

yes you can at 7-8 psi. Ppl with Acura rsx has been doing it for years. Some even pushed it to 400+hp with stock internals. The Si has almost the same motor as the rsx.

You need a turbo kit to make it work.You can't just buy a turbo and put it on. Turbo's come in turbo kits.Turbo kits consist of Piping, intercooler, Intake, turbocharger, wastegate actuator, Piggy back system(ECU computer tuning), and sometimes other parts for the more expensive kits.These turbokits give you a 6.0-6.5psi of boost, which is the safest on stock internals.Any more boost and you will need supporting mods, a boost controller, an oxygen sensor, forged rods and pistons, exhaust hangars, intake manofold, and exhaust manifold.With all of these parts, and an upgraded clutch. Stage 1 or 2, you can make 15-10psi boost safely on the engine, which would mean over 400HP with that much boost on a 200HP engine.
