is prewired for the tach and everything i have a civic dx manual, with a tacky cluster, i would like to upgrade to the 99-00 civic si clusterlike this:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-00...fAccessoriesis it direct plug in and go, or do you have to wire the tach and go thru a small headache? which i think is alot better than this.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/96-99...Q5fAccessories

Yes...as long as it falls withing the same generation as ur car...my eg cluster was a tachless dx wonder till i changed it to an ex cluster with tach.
