Default i just changed the throttlebody on my 97 civic dx ?

the idle goes up and down if i press the gas peddle down hard the idle goes back to normal

So, you replaced the throttlebody, but didn't adjust the throttle cable, and you might have installed it wrong.What's the question? You goofed something up. Go uninstall it, and try again.

check for vacuum leak at the throttle body
