ok i have a 1989-1990 honda civc dx... and i was wounderin how much HP.. does it have... its all stock... and what engines do this cars have. and can i make it faster with just an intake, headers, and exhaust

1.5 liter 92 horsepower Yes you can

the car comes with the d15b2. If you are mechanically inclined you could do a mpfi swap. the header and exhaust will help, but the mpfi swap adds more power and is good stepping stone for other modifications.

Yeah that's a great and the most basic start. If more hp is what you want you need to set up basic goals you want to achieve so you don't go blow money on stuff you don't need. For instance if you want a larger bump in hp than jus what you stated a motor swap should be in mind. A b series motor will cost you all most the same amount as a full exhaust , header and intake if all those parts were bought brand new

Its a D series motor, really low horse power, no offense. I really really recommend a B series Dual Cam swap. Even your average Integra LS B18A motor will nearly double your horsepower, for alot cheaper than it will cost to get a d15 that much power. And once you go B series, you can do sooo much more modifications. You'll just need new engine mounts and a few minor mods, other than that you can put in a B series fairly easy
