Aftermarket bodykits come unpainted, and are usually a flat grey or beige colour when they arrive, prepped for painting by your panelbeater or detailer. The only time you'll get a prepainted bodykit if when it's bought OEM (Original Equiptment Manufacturer - means the same company that made the car itself). Even then you often get unpainted parts.
