Standard transmissions do not have a fill tube like an automatic transmission does. On the side of the transmission is a plug that is removed and then a tube is installed and fluid is pumped in until it just starts to seep from the hole. Manual transmissions use splash from the gears running through the fluid to lubricate themselves.Go to jiffy lube and they will check and fill when you gt a full service oil change.
