I have a 2002 Honda Civic and the Right Highbeam does not work. The problem is not with the light itelf, nor with the fuses. Additionally, because of this the DRL on the right side don't work either. So, the fuses are good, the lights are good, and technically the DLR system is good too. Is there a specific relay for the Highbeam system (The left system works fine) for the right side? Please advise.

Have you checked that the wires are not broken within the lamp socket? Often it is the simplest things that we overlook. If the lowbeam works but the high beam doesn't I would look for a broken high beam wire in a less than obvious place.
