If its a obd1 motor then you need the motor mounts, tranny mount, shift linkages, COMPLETE engine wiring harness, axles, and ECU. If its a OBD2 motor from a 99-00 SI then you will need the above, PLUS convert the motor to OBD1 by changing the oil pump, injectors, crank position sensor, knock sensor, and distributor.

Motor mounts, axles, and shift linkage. Depending on which D15 you have, the wiring and ECU might be VTEC ready; you will still have to get the ecu tuned though. Make sure the motor you get is OBD1, it has Grey plugs for the distributor and sensors.
