Honestly, you can turbo anything if you are good at fabrication. Civics suck tho...so its not worth trying

you can turbo anything, but if you slap on a big enough turbo on that engine and it blows on the first rev. low-pressure turbo if at all, i suggest none and just mod the intake and exhaust, civics are pretty light cars anyway, you don't really need all that power.

yes you can put a turbo on the civic engine, in fact you can put a turbo on just about any engine, including some of the larger model airplane engines. i believe there is a kit to install a turbo on a civic. before you do though, make sure the engine is in good enough condition to handle the extra power.

look up what you need! Just make sure you stay within the safe range of the rods and pistons. The key to this is the tuning! If your staying stock the a/f ratio must be dead on! If you do internals it will give you a little bit more leway, but tuning is everything!!! Choose two fo the three: Cheap, Fast, Reliable!

it really depends on how much boost you're going to be running and how many miles are on your engine. if the engine has a lot of miles on it you should probably look into getting forged internals (crank, connecting rods, pistons etc.) if its a newer car with not very many miles on it then you should be ok running a turbo, but there's a lot more than just the turbo that you need to install, because of the higher compression the turbo is providing, you need to upgrade your fuel injectors, fuel pump, fuel rail, and if its a big turbo with a lot of boost. (which it probably isn't you're running it on a stock engine) then you would need to look into upgrading your clutch as well as other components on your engine. all in all if its a newer car then you should be ok, if its an older car i would say no go, you could do some serious damage to the engine.
