Default My 1993 Honda Accord EX. has a very rough idle and sounds like it has a Miss . New timing belt...

...installed.?

if you just put a timing belt on it you might have got it one tooth off or a couple, if you replaced it b/c it broke this is an interference engine and may bend valves if timing belt breaks while running so if your timing is set right then i would check cylinder leak down

Ditto - if it won't rev very high either, then they missed by a tooth on the timing belt.
