Your battery could be junk. Happened to me, if the battery is completely out of a juice a jump start wont do anythign.

A common problem on that car is the main relay that goes open circuit when hot and that will cause the fuel pump to stop working when you try to start the car.if the car is not starting right now, go out to the car. Open the fuel filler and take the gas cap off. then put your ear to the fuel filler inlet and listen as someone else turns the ignition key to the ON position. they don't have to try to start the car, just turn the key until the lights on the dash come on. You should hear the fuel pump run for about 2-5 seconds after the key is turned ON. What you will hear is the 'buzz' or hum of an electric motor then it will shut off. If you don't hear that then your fuel pump isn't running. if the fuel pump isn't running then the probability is that the main relay is bad.the main relay is located up under the left side of the instrument panel. it is bolted to the inside of the left fender wall. it is located approximately behind the coin tray in the dash board that is to the left of the steering wheel.you can unbolt the relay and replace it yourself if you have any mechanical skills. its not difficult. the replacement relays cost about $90 at the honda dealers. The price is about the same at parts stores that have them. as a note, honda dealers usually have them in stock where parts stores usually have to order them. go to the honda dealer, they can show you where the relay is located.hope that helps

Personally it sounds to me like the igniter which is part of the distributor. I understand that you can get a new ignitor for about $100 or you can buy a used distributor for the same price which is what I did when mine failed on my '93 Accord a number of years ago.
