Default Does my 95 Accord have a blown head gasket?

I have a 95 Accord (4 cyl) w/175k miles. It was running hot in stop & go traffic. I have the thermostat changed which fixed the problem for about a month. The same problem came back last week. To add to this, the oil idiot light went on yesterday so I went straight to a jiffy lube type place. Two things were seen: The dip stick was dry, and the undercarraige of the car was covered in oil. It appears that oil might be leaking from the back of the head on the passenger side. I had them refill the oil and other fluids and I went on my way. Does this all point to a blown head gasket? If so, how much am I looking at to fix it?

Thanks in advance for any responses.
