Default Does a 1999 honda civic have a bleeder screw for the theromstat to let air out. If so where

is it located.? I have been messing with my car most of the day and I replaced the thermostat because my termperature gauge keeps going past Hot. I am assuming I have air pockets in my system so someone said there is a bleeder screw or valve on my thermostat. I have been staring and feeling around it for about 20 minute and I see no such screw. There are 2 bolts that hold the thermostat cover on, one bolt that has wires or grounding going to it, than the ECT switch plugs into the top of the thermostat than all of the hoses that lead everywhere. Any ideas where the screw to let air out is located. Also if I find it, do I loosen it than run the engine for a while and then tighten it up.

when u put the thermostat in back on make sure the little hole goes in facing up. when u put it all back together take the radiator cap off and start the car let it warm up i leave the heat on so it dose not over flow as fast. just keep adding coolent/water you will see the bubbles when they stop put the cap on and turn off the heat and allow 2 fan cycles. keep a eye on the over flow. oh and the is no bleeder screw this is how you bleed it. good luck
