No sir they will not. 93 Prelude bolt pattern is 4 x 114.3. The Civic bolt pattern is 4 x 100. Sorry bro.

if the bolt pattern is 4x100(measure across from center of each bolt hole in mm), only worry could be just how low your car is with whatever wheels you may have on now - or if you plan to lower it once you purchased the 17" wheels look into camber kit(helps alignment & saves tires) and most likely not lower then 2" from the stock height.(due to tires rubbing into fender wells and/or turning radius=pending with of tires)usually 17" wheels with 45-35series tires look nice include a 1.5" -2" drop to fill the big gap of top tire to fender and just to compliment your ride add a full lip kit a.k.a. ground f/x kit which in turn will also fill major gap of bottom of car to ground. a lip kit adds possibly 2-3 inches and aerodynamic style + doesn't really require big modifications as it is simply added to bottom of cars body.where as a full body kit will add 5-8 inches more pending the aerodynamic design or style chosen. there are various types available, however it requires lots of work and removal of stock body parts and possible reduction of factory safety. often times pending your states laws, this can be a hassle and most likely may not be practical.well good luck, just some info i shared may help if you were thinking anything further then just wheels. often times once you put the wheels on you feel as tho it may need more to complete its new look. especially if you happen to earn extra $$$.
