Default 95 odyssey temp gauge problem

I just purchased a 1995 Odyssey LX. Love the van so far.

Quick question regarding the temp gauge in my odyssey
When parked in my driveway (slight incline) in park the temp gauge goes to where it should about 25-35% up the gauge. But as soon as I start driving it again it drops down to just a hair over the C on the gauge. It is not all the way to the bottom of the gauge just much lower than normal.

It seems that when I pull into an area and park on an incline it works as usual. I have been searching all around to get an idea as to what might be going on. One idea that seems promising is that the cooling system may need bleeding. Any thoughts on this? also are there bleeder valves on the van and where would they be?

Thank you in advance for reading.
