Default Coolant in 2001 Accord V6 EX

I just checked my 2001 Accord V6 EX coolant tank, and it is below the min. Should I just fill in the tank, or should flush radiator and then fill it? Also, the manual dictates only to use Honda antifreeze. Should I follow the direction, or just buy the least expensive one from Pepboys?
