Tell them you will get a job and pay them rent every month until the price of the car is paid off. That should do it

MY daughter wanted a jeep. I told her to come up with half and I would match her. it took her three years but she got her jeep. in other words grow up and quit being a mooch. You are just going to wreck your first car anyway.

Why do you need to bribe?Go get a job, and then go talk to a dealer. you may be able to get a good deal on an '07 model. What I am trying to say here is simply Stand on your own two feet.If you can not get a job at this time due to other constraints, then you do not need a brand new car, if that is the case, then look on Craigslist for a suitable and much more affordable vehicle.I have found quite a few good deals on C'L', and I know of a cool 1991 Mustang GT 5.0 convt. that I would love to use to go to work in (about 2K)If the words "bribe" or "talk into" enter into a conversation, then you probably do not need to pursue the endeavor.I would also add that you can find good deals on the Honda CRX which is a better "17 Y.O's" car.

please be realistic i am currently driving my 5th car and the first brand new car and i have only been on the road for 13 years, Please do not be a totally spoiled bratt - My first car was manufactured the same year i was born !! so it was older than 17 years old when i got to drive it but it was cool little coupe as a brand new learner on the road you are not really up to the skill level of a more senior driver and if you want to see your pride and joy of the brand new car sitting in the rubbish tip and yourself in a wheel chair for life !, start driving a brand new honda civic. The honda civic is a nice car very quick, which is a car that no innexperienced driver should be out driving alone.after all that nexative stuff - do have a think about it !!The best feeling was having a job that could support the loan i needed to buy my car walk into the dealer ship and say i would like to buy this car ( i cannot see sufficently to park the honda civic, and chose a diffrent model honda - i ended up buying the honda jazz/honda fitz !! they are a cool little car heaps of room and go like a skun cat !! not quite as fast as the civic but enough to be walking every where when the law of the land takes your drivers licence away from you due to exceeding the speed limit doing 160kms an hr or 100mile an hourThere is more to life than dragging other cars ! and killing yourself - i know of a family that lost there son HE DIED due to dragging some one else on his motor bike doing 140 kms an hour or 80 mile approx! I could have bought the honda civic type R but my car would have been worthless by the time i owned it - i own my little jazz and she is all mine!! - im going to buy another new one that lookes even more sporty than the current one and is more powerfull !!happy car looking, but buying within your payable means back I payed of my car within 14 months and own the whole veichle !
