Default Does any other people have a lot of trouble with the Passenger axle on a 92-95 Honda Civic?

I had a 93 Honda civic, and it was an awesome cars, very very little problems except the damn axle. It broke every 6 months to a year, had the car for 4 years, and that's all the problems I had, but is it a known prob for that year or just bad luck on my part. I really wanna get another one. thank uThe axle was new and under lifetime warranty so I got em all free after the first, just hoping it was cause I was young and drove like a teenager.

Check the engine mounts well.Buy a new axle than a re-manufactured.And don't drive it like you stole it.

that's what the lifetime warranty is all about. a warranty that you'll be needing to repair it for the rest of your cars lifetime. i know it's cheaper but try to get a brand new one that meets or exceeds manufacturers quality. i get mine from napa auto parts. if not then from the honda dealer. the brand new ones don't usually require core exchanges. the cheap lifetime ones will bust every time in that short amount of time.i use to have that problem on my integra but since the change over, i've been fine for 4-5 years now. i have a six pad ACT clutch in my car too and it hasn't twisted the axle yet.
