Default What is a cheap, easy Upgrade for a Prelude?

I own a 1988 Honda Prelude, 4ws. What are some cheap-ish, upgrades to make it quicker. How good is a stage 1 supercharger?

Prob couldn't hurt to do a cone filter style intake and cat back exhaust for starters...if you want, do a full exhaust system from the manifolds back but that can start to become sorta expensive
