Default 2006 Honda Pilot LX audio/headlight questions???

I apologize if these have been asked before.

1-I have the basic radio in the back there is a location for a small sub is there one installed, if not is the wiring there so I could drop one in, and what size sub?

2-Same as above but with the Dash location for two tweaters up front?

3-There is a CD/Tape button I only have a CD player can I some how hook up an iPod to the Tape outlet?

4-Can you upgrade the headlight bulbs to imitate the HID's? If so how many do you need? It looks like there is 3-4 bulbs per headlight.

5-On any of these questions does anyone know any good place for installation instructions?

Once again I apologize if these are already out there and I've missed them but any help is appreciated. Thank you.
