the most common cause of a "crank but no start" concern on the 90-93 hondas is a bad main relay. the main relay controls both the fuel pump and the fuel injection system.before you go spending money guessing what's wrong I recommend having at least a basic diagnosis done to determine if the problem is caused by a loss of ignition or a loss of fuel. test for spark as a bad ingition coil, a cracked distributor cap, burnt rotor, open coil wire or internal problems in a distributor can cause the loss of spark.open the fuel filler door and take the gas cap off. Put your ear near the top of the filler tube to listen. then have someone else turn the ignition switch to the ON position so that the lights on the dash come on. they should not crank the car. you should hear the fuel pump run for 2-5 seconds when the key is turned ON. it will make a buzzing noise or a whirring noise of an electric motor. If you don't hear the pump run the probability is that the main relay is bad.if you hear the pump run, then you could have a clogged fuel filter. you can test for fuel by carefully loosening a fuel rail fitting at the rail to pipe connector. keep a shop rag over the connector when you start to take the fitting nut back as there may be pressure in the rack. you won't have to remove it; just loosen it to break the seal. then wrap a rag around the fitting and crank the engine open. if fuel comes out then the filter is good and your problem could be the main relay that controls the injectors or it could be an ignition problemhope that helps
