Default 97-01 prelude vtec..?

do they all come in vtec?

Yup. All '97-'01 Preludes essentially come with the same engine, the H22A4. The SH just has a traction control system (ATTS). To accommodate the ATTS unit, the out side of the blocks are slightly different; specifically the rear of the engine. But the internals of both engines are exactly the same, and include VTEC.
