I just bought a 1995 Civic EX, and the only thing wrong with it (I think) is that the sunroof doesn't seem to want to open all the way. The reason I'm not 100% sure it's broken is that the roof cover and the glass go back the same amount, but it still covers about 25% of the opening as far back as it goes...

Theres nothing wrong with the sunroof. Thats they way they work the sunroof tilts up and out instead of down and in so some of the glass will still be seen. But the cover should open most of the way, more than the sunroof will open. Hope this helps.
