no it does not mean you have vtec...the crx si where never given vtec...the only ones to have it where the siR in other countries...it just means that you have the best trim of those models...and your car has either a 1.6 sohc zc or a 1.6 sohc d16a...vtec didnt really hit the single cams until 92...
